“The room was comfortable but the beds are made with all top sheets and the comforter and sheets are tucked in so tight and short that you literally have to dismantle the bed to sleep in it which is a petty thing but worth pointing out. On another note the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and situated in a historic area with a nostalgic atmosphere mixed with the luxury of everything being in walking distance. A very nice stay. Highly recommended”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast! The location was perfect — close to so many events and attractions in the city, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. “We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along.”

“We had problems with the keycards and the door mechanism. There wasn’t enough staff to help us with the problem or even come to the room to check it out. The pool area was pretty poor shape. The town and the food was wonderful.”
