“I like the way the room was sett up, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very handy for 4 women 🙂 the elevator was not working when we got there, but I called the main lodge and maintenance came over pretty quick, we had to stay in the lobby for awhile, we had our Mom in a wheel chair so could not go up till elevator was running. It stayed runny almost the whole time we was there.”

“We were scheduled to stay for a week but only stayed two nights. We stayed in the lodge. While walking down the concrete stairs, I stepped down and my ankle rolled. It chipped a bone in my ankle. I was looking down while stepping down and I was expecting to put my foot on concrete, not the grass. The concrete was broken up a bit. “The place was very nice and clean, but my room was very very tiny. It would be a okay room for one person but you would not want to put two people in their. Still it was a very friendly place and Shauna who I think is the owner was very helpful. Expedia screwed up my brothers reservation and I had to find him a place at another hotel and Shauna was a big help in accommodating our needs there. “On check in day the toilet wasn’t flushing and someone had moved the refrigerator tray and I couldn’t put in back in place. I phoned the manager and she was at baseball game in Hermantown. It was close to an hour before she returned to the motel. Finally she made the adjustments. The garbage on the property was full on Monday. And still full when I left Wed am. “We liked it was close to everything but for two people staying, there should have been washcloths for both days and there were not. Coffee was just enough for one day and the sugar and creamer was old. Someone’s hair band hanging in the shower so was it even cleaned? Was told carpets had to be scrubbed due to some spots. Carpet was wet. Other than that, was a cute place. Couldn’t sit outside as there was only 1 chair.”

“This was great for our family of 3 to stay. Super convenient location to Two Harbors. My kid loved the pool. We had access to both the Burlington Bay and Superior Shores swimming amenities, but the Burlington Bay area was much cleaner and better kept. Room and beds were clean and comfy, view was beautiful. Would return.”
