“This location, The Charles Inn at Vacationland in Bangor, ME is on your website and allowed me to book 3 rooms and it hasn’t been in operation for 2 yrs. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked. This location needs to be removed……

“Excellent breakfast option for eggs or tasty fresh yogurt. One day out of four they strangely neglected to clean the room, even with a door sign requesting service, but the night front desk person took it upon herself to do so when we noted the problem after returning around dinner time. She’s a gem. Showers were excellent. Rooms were reasonably sized too. Request a third floor if you don’t like the sound of people above your room walking around as the hardwood floors amplify this. “大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。”
