"The first room I booked was atrocious. If you could imagine like 10 packs of cigarettes and ass… that’s what it smelled like. I went to the desk to switch rooms so I DON’T get billed for the smoke smell, and got a diff room that had absolutely 0 smell ; so 10/10 tbh for the quick switch. "

"The airport shuttle was a bit late. Another hotel shuttle dropped me at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable in spite of a strong, cold wind creeping through the doorjam crack. The only problem was the smoke being blown in with the cold wind. The staff was great - friendly and helpful."

"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this Hyatt property. I booked a room for March 6 but cancelled the reservation within about an hour after learning that my international travel plans had changed due to a major disruption overseas. A Hyatt representative even sent a waiver to the front desk confirming the charge should be waived. Despite cancelling immediately and never checking in or using the room, I was still charged. When I contacted the hotel, the manager refused to review the situation and stated that because the hotel was fully booked that night, a refund would not be issued. This was very frustrating, especially given the circumstances and the waiver that had already been sent. I have since escalated the issue to Hyatt corporate and hope they will resolve it fairly. I expected better customer service and understanding from a brand like Hyatt."
