“The hotel stay was great. Would stay there again. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool due to the kids wanting to be at the beach. Hopefully I’ll visit again and get to use the pool. The breakfast was very good and price was reasonable. See ya again soon”

“For the amount of money we paid for this hotel room, I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The room did not meet the expectations that came with the price. The walls were so thin that it felt like we were staying in an apartment complex rather than a hotel. We could clearly hear children running and stomping in the room above us, which made it difficult to relax. The hot tubs were also disappointing, as they had noticeable brown stains that made them appear unclean. On top of that, the……

“The room was clean, but the shower worked very poorly and the water pressure was disappointing. The linens provided were minimal, and despite asking three times, the staff did not bring fresh towels. As a result, we had to wait until just before checkout to take a shower. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but the poor maintenance and lack of prompt service negatively affected our stay.”

“My first room had water issues so I was moved into another room quickly which was nice. The new room had a musty smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom had hairs on the door and wall. There was mold in the corners of the ceiling and along the shower wall. There was mold over the ceiling as well throughout the bathroom. The shower curtain was covered with mold. Other than that the room was alright. I mentioned all this to the manager as well as the photos and video I took.”
