“My first and also last at this resort. Love the beaches, not the resort. If we visit cape cod again, we would not stay at this resort. Front desk staffs are rude, especially a young male staff who checked us in and a female manager. Landshark staffs are also rude and unprofessional, a male manager and 2 young female staffs were nasty. Check in was terrible. Wrong room was assigned to us at check in. We reserved premium courtyard view and ended up with a parking lot view. We had to go to back……

“Great hotel with several amenities for couples and families. Good location, helpful staff with suggestions, the outdoor pool was fun but loved the firepit area the best. Was a perfect spot for pictures.”

“I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. “It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”
