"Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted with an adorable welcome note, and there were amble towels, paper products, and even small essentials that you might overlook, such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. Firewood was provided, and the deck outside was thoughtfully arranged with a lovely fire pit in the middle of the yard. There was a minor issue with the water pressure on one side of the house where the main bathroom is located. However, the owners were incredibly responsive! Within an hour of being contacted, they arrived to fix the issue from the outside without needing to come indoors. Once the repair was completed, they asked me to confirm that everything was working properly before leaving. Amazing service! I would stay again. "

"This was an amazing location for our family to gather from all over. The property was just as described. There's a lot for younger and older children to do. The kitchen was well-furnished.The cleaning before we arrived lacked. It was OK, but not like we'd expected, but we know it must be a challenge turning it around for the next guests."

"This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not use), located in two of the upstairs bedrooms. There are ceiling and/or portable box fans, as well. This was sufficient for our group with the weather we had, but be aware that not every bedroom (or other areas of the home) has (have) AC.Would stay again with a similar group size if coming back to this area. We had a wonderful time here."

"We had an incredible time at Stay Apres. The property is spacious, stunning, and tucked away in the peaceful countryside of upstate New York. We stayed here with a large group for a summer weekend and were welcomed by lush forests, vibrant greenery, and plenty of open space for outdoor games and activities. The secondary house with the downstairs game room was a favorite hangout—perfect for late-night rounds of shuffleboard and pool. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, connect, and enjoy nature in style! "

"The fifteen of us from 1 year old to our 80's thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. Kids and grown-ups alike loved the clean and well-cared-for pool. The many little touches were great, lik the pool toys, the detergent by the washer-dryers, cofee-maker and utility sinks in the suites, the AC in the whole house. The game room and outside play area were well used, as well as the fire pit and outdoor grills. It can be hard to tell from the photos on the website, but the house was actually more spacious than in the pictures. We also enjoyed the restaurants, cafes and gift shops in Ellicottville. We all came away with great memories and pictures. Thanks Annette and David for a great stay. "

"My family and I loved spending this past week at Hencoop Hollow! The property is beautiful and very quiet. We really loved the firepit (probably the best and most useful one I’ve ever seen), and it was great to have 2 large porches. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of space. Also, Michael was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a camping-like experience with all the amenities of a home."
