“A very beautiful and quiet resort. Perfect to do a retreat and relax. We loved it!”

“First, we checked in through a kiosk. No front desk person. Everything done through a kiosk and virtual reception. Second, hotel is run down. Parking lot full of potholes. They do have EV chargers that you have to pay for. Side entrance (from chargers) steps are crumbling. Third, no housekeeping. We had to ask a housekeeper for fresh towels and toilet paper. Towels are thin and rough. Fourth, inspite of the listing saying free breakfast, NO BREAKFAST, PERIOD. NO FOOD. Fifth, water pressure was……

“Photos are deceiving. The rooms were dirty, floor and the bathrooms were not cleaned at all. ”

“Air-conditioning worked well. Microwave didn't, needed to do reset numerous times. Thought staff was going to replace it but they didn't. Pool was nice to use.”
