“It is historic, beautiful and charming. The room was clean. Multiple beverages, baked goods & snacks were available 24/7. A full breakfast was available in the mornings. There are multiple shops nearby. The staff were very sweet and helpful, but some things were out of their control. There is no onsite staff person there at night, though there is someone to call if there is a problem. The locks on the front door and the room doors are old, and hard to lock & unlock. Cons- The property was not too close to the pools and playground that were advertised. They are not in the same complex. The recreation area facilities were ok. “Very laid back and quiet property. Beds and linens were excellent - extremely comfortable. Great having covered parking at our room. Entire cottage very clean. Couldn’t adjust ceiling fan speed in one bedroom. Stayed on high all weekend. Ice maker didn’t produce much ice. Minor issues but overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay there again!”
