“Great evening offerred to move us when there was local construction starting”

“The bartenders, wait staff, concierge, guest arrival services members were impressive and professional. We merely experienced a problem with our access to warm/hot water for showering. After reporting “cold water bathing” as du jour twice in one day, we were relocated to a different room—yet the next two rooms were not reflective of our purchased/selected rate, and on the third attempt we were relocated to a room with merely “tepid” temperature of water. This disappointing fact was reported to……

“its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME”

“The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. The night swimming was alot of fun.”

“The room was very clean. The managers are attentive & go beyond the norm to meet guests' needs. Breakfast included, but not the best quality, with some things running out & even spoiled: needs closer monitoring by staff.”
