“Gorgeous oceanfront view from the 5th floor, but the room looks like a crime scene from NYPD blue. Dirty tub, broken safe. On the plus side, got a bit of a thrill from riding the elevator. For the daring only”

“The hotel and room were clean, and all day coffee was excellent! I wish I know parking was offsite but it was still free and close enough. Didn’t use the pool but the restaurant/bar had great food. Could use some fine tuning on maintenance… toilet was stained and scuffed, the bottom of the door was broken and repaired so it wiggled, the toilet paper holder arm was wonky & the screen door to the balcony kept wanting to fall out of track BUT over all, a great stay. No issues with hot water and……

“Water park was great, clean , friendly staff Resort rooms keys didn’t work twice which was a pain trying to get back into a room and having to drive miles back to front desk Found previous occupants underwear hanging from shower curtain suggesting room wasn’t cleaned very well”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“We had ants in our room. There isn’t enough parking in the parking deck even though you have a parking pass. Not enough seats at the pool or umbrellas. Elevators barely worked has to take my luggage from the fourth floor stairs to leave. Paid almost 3k for 3 rooms for 3 nights and had trouble every single day.”
