“The pool area was chilly and the pool was freezing cold. One of our queen bed sheets had stains and smelled musty like they were left on the bed and tucked in. The night of our stay there was no hot water and the staff knew and did not care. It took over an hour to get two towels but it didn't matter. And told us a manager would be in to speak with in the morning. The floors off the elevator were extrnely sticky and dirty. Not happy at all and was never offered a solution.”

“The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but……
