“I had no towels in my room, my tv was not hooked up to anything. Phone was gross and sticky. There was a lollipop in the floor by the bed. The room was very dusty.”

“I see air fresheners plug in the lobby which I’m allergic to, the bathroom smells like cologne. The common area where elevator is the vents drip down condensation - that cant be good to control mold - hence the need for air freshener plug in … not addressing the issue, just patching it with hormone altering scent!!! I like the architect details- symmetrical, Childers enjoy the elevator ride, staff is helpful and nice . Bed is comfortable ,”

“Outdated! Had to change rooms, toilet missing attachment to plunger, both bed dipped in middle, and ceiling was so low in the bathroom that I scratched my knuckles on the popcorn ceiling when I took off my shirt. Switched rooms and the only difference was the toilet worked.”

“Great location and staff but the property is in need of a face lift. The hotel is outdated and needs repair. The pool is closed but not noted on Expedia.”
