"Clean room, breakfast was great, staff was super helpful even when the wifi went down and they couldn't check for my reservation. Got me in an equivalent empty room and I was good to go. "

"The facility is in no way represented by the pictures. There was a pile of a dozen mattresses in the lobby. The room we were to stay in had tiles missing from the ceiling, a bare lightbulb hanging from the ceiling where a light fixture should be and it was overall dirty looking. I was so appalled, and wanted to get out of there. Should have taken pictures, but I was in too much of a hurry to get out. We did not check in and will probably not get any money back."

"This is an older hotel, but it was well kept. I was impressed that the carpet felt as clean as it did. The check in staff did their job but could have had a bit better customer service. The lady who checked us out was friendly. The shuttle to the battery was nice and easy. The only downside to the hotel was that you could not change where the showerhead sat and the shower curtain for the shower was way to small for it so it did ot prevent water from getting all over. "

"5 stars! We were so pleased with our stay, wish we could've stayed longer! Staff was so friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, hot tub was clean, we felt safe, breakfast was great too! Also loved how late check out was, gave us more time to enjoy the hotel! Couldn't recommend it enough. Location was great as we were seeing a concert at the Coca Cola Roxy. We will plan to stay here again!"
