“We had such a great stay here! The hotel was super nice and really clean, which is always a big deal for us. The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful. The beds were honestly some of the comfiest……

“Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. ”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……

“Tout était parfait. Très intéressant d'avoir un valet parking. Très bien situé. Le personnel vraiment gentil et disponible. Par contre, vous devriez aviser que nous avons 50$ d'allouer pour le déjeuner lors de la réservation. ”

“This was a terrible hotel. We stayed for three days, and there was no Wi-Fi for two of them. The service was indifferent, and the room only had $8 bottles of water. The room facilities were old, and the staff were arrogant. I will never go there again.”
