"We were very happy with this rental. It was roomy, decorated nicely and clean. It was supplied well with coffee makers, pots and pans, etc which made our stay very comfortable. The manager responded quickly when we had a question. The location was perfect, great little cafe across the street, a wonderful bakery just a few feet from our building's entrance, and a variety of other businesses close by. We heartily recommend this rental."

"The studio apartment was very clean and in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The beds mattress could have been of higher quality. However this is not enough to turn me away from renting this place again."

When we arrived we were greeted by Ann a team member who was very gracious and just a nice person. She gave us helpful hints of all the local sights we should see on our visit. "Liked the room. Liked the location. Parking was in a lot next to the building. I would suggest reading instructions and looking on Google maps at the satellite image of building and the bingo place. Made it very simple to see before we made the drive."

Not only was it clean, artfully designed/decorated, but it had a beautiful view of a pond and stream with the relaxing & meditative sound of the water heard at all times! Close to hiking trails & other beautiful scenery as well! Will recommend to others!"

"My main reason for picking this property was its closeness to the airport, however, it turned out to be a little too far from Acadia national park. It was new and clean, however, people walking upstairs, transmitted noise significantly through the ceiling. And although I did not contact the manager for help, the thermostat did not work."

"Flew in from Cincinnati for a class. Instructions for checking in were spot on. Location was fun. It's right in the center of everything. Has everything we needed after outdoor wilderness classes or a night out at any of the local pubs and restaurants; laundry, fridge with ice and water on the door, comfy furniture, and wonderful shower. Will keep this on top of my list if I'm ever back in Bangor."

"This property is a nice, peaceful walk to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was in great condition. It was not a problem for us, but be aware you need to be able to walk up spiral stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms."

"It was our home base. A great place to start our day with breakfast and a little walk in the woods and end it with dinner and/or a snack,a little tv and comfy bed!! Perfect!!!"

"The inside of the apartment was clean and there were plenty of blankets and toiletries. The outside looks like it used to be a Chinese restaurant. Everything was adequate except for the water pressure in the shower. Pressure was very low."

We mostly used the home as our home base but would love to come back and spend time relaxing on the lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and well kept. "We went to Maine for a wedding and needed a place to stay when in town. We found this gem 💎 in the listings. It was available and looked like it had plenty of character for us. It was everything we were looking for, clean , neat and off the beaten path. The lake is beautiful, the grocery 7 minutes away on the other end of the lake was equally as amazing! Everything you can think of! We didn’t have the weather to enjoy the lake, but the calming that took place because of the atmosphere was...
