"Centrally located near restaurants, shopping and movies"

"Room was of good size and had excellent bright lighting throughout. Breakfast area was crowded. Impressed by the egg white omelets and the candied pecan halves for oatmeal topping. Staff at desk explained frequent issues with ride share delays at main gate of Port Everglades and recommended service that hotel had that could skip the main gate and use a service gate, to save time. Don’t feel that I was steered toward this company,but was dealt with honestly regarding main gate delays."

"The bathroom had been used recently and was not clean. The bathroom smelled horrible and there was still ick in the toilet "

"The room was clean but right on a pretty noisy road. If you’re a light sleeper it might keep you up. I also found the bed pretty uncomfortable and there were very limited plugs near the bed and no usb or usbc ports by the bed at all The elavator is a long wait. "

"Dated hotel. Furniture in room missing cabinet doors. Common area bathrooms disgusting and out of toilet paper. Breakfast food had no flavor. "

"The staff were beyond very helpful, the room had lots of room, breakfast was included and maintained. I was impressed with this hotel. The only issue I had was the shuttle. Most shuttles you wait in the lobby. Apparently you have to wait outside not much space outside in the front. I booked a shuttle then i asked the front desk and there I was told you have to go outside after waiting and see no word on the shuttle. The front desk said they called the shuttle and they will pick us up as it go to two of their hotels. The shuttles comes I tell him were going to airport, he tells me that he cant take us as he is on a schedule. He almost put us on but keep complaining about schedule. I tell him it's ok. I booked a Uber. Then I see the shuttle at the other hotel. The driver is outside the shuttle talking with another man, no one in shuttle and he didn't seem as in a rush. This got me frustrated as he kept saying he's a schedule and acting that he can't take us to the airport. The front desk specially called him as he was nearby and he clearly didn't have any passengers"
