"We travel to Harlingen all the time, and this was our first stay in this hotel. The location is great, close to dining options and the highway without being too noisy. Staff was super friendly even when we had some issues with the booking, I truly appreciated their help. Rooms need to be updated a little bit, but they were clean and very comfortable. Our room in particular had a broken oven (door was falling off) which wasn't an issue because we didn't have to use it, and when we pointed it...

"When we arrived at our room we found the toilet not working and when we addressed it to the front desk they said they would go take a look at it but immediately decided to change our room so we didn’t have to wait. I loved their attention to the problem with a fast response. The room was super clean and they serviced my room as requested from the duration of my stay. I was overall happy and will return for future stays. "

"The check in was quick and painless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The blackout shades allowed me to sleep late and coffee was right there when I wanted it. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was more than I expected...ample variety of hot or cold foods. Overall, an awesome place with welcoming staff. Will definitely be back!"

"Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Only issue don’t like speaking through a window where you can’t see who your dealing with face to face. It is not a drive-thru restaurant. Lobby should be open. "

"The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable as well. The first room I was given was rough though. The bath tub had cigarette burns all over it, the tub was cracked, and the faucet in the bathroom was covered in what looked like mold. I went to the front desk and she promptly changed my room and came and made sure it was clean with me. "

"Location is great. Easy access on and off main highway. Grocery store is in walking distance. Room are comfortable, large screen tv in our room. Small refrigerator in rooms, to store water drinks. They have breakfast available. Checking in is usually fast. This is our go to motel when in the area. "
