“We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 with three boys (ages 8, 9, 11). The check in process was easy and communication was on-point. No issues while we stayed here. My only callouts would be to prepare to park on the street a few doors or a block down from the loft since right out front is not reserved and not guaranteed. Parking was free though! The kitchen came in handy and we used it daily multiple times a day! Lastly, the bunkbeds and provided games were a hit with the kids. ”

“We stayed in Tri-Taylor flat for three nights. It´s clean, roomy and with all kind of amenities: hygiene products, domotics, kitchen equipped...
We will repeat our stay for sure if travel to Chicago. Also the host, Alex, very kind and always avalaible quickly.

The room was nice and staff as well
They don’t include breakfast so be prepared.
My only note is that they don’t do the extra mile for you as a guest. If you have a special request or they know you need something extra they won’t offer their help which I know they don’t have to but it just feels like staff only does their job because they have to they won’t go beyond that.

Great hotel for a weekend, I wish the room could have security box in it and bigger trash can. The staff is friendly, restaurant and bar were good. I surely will reserve again.
