“The property was under construction. The amenities were all closed. The hallways were a little dirty and a $20 charge per day for parking was crazy. The parking should’ve been included, but it wasn’t.”

“Mold, dark, rat noises at 6 am, smelly, sheets not sure if cleaned, hair in bathtub sink shower and toilet. Looks like someone was living there before we arrived.”

“The location of Rainbow Motor Inn is good but rooms are not acceptable. First, the door can’t locked well. The lock seems broken. Second, TV is not working and air conditioner is noisy but even not cooler enough. Third, the room is not clean and bathroom is very dirty. Forth, the staffs are not friendly. Fifth, and the most ridiculous part is they don’t keep baggage for me because they said they are full booked, there is no room to keep it!!!!!!!! I will not stay in Rainbow Motor Inn……

“The furniture in the house was very old, worn out, and tattered, and the sheets were not neatly folded in the oilcloth, and the house was very cold, and most importantly, the floor was not carpeted, and the parquet floor was very dark, making the house dark.”
