“Overall is good!”

“Very chic and clean, the balcony is also very beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful, only the gym is bit too small, and the shower temperature is not very stable.”

“The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.”

“Random deduction of fees”

“My room at the top floor, airconditioning is very poor, after complaining provided additional fans ,no clean up the room for one day, but the housekeeping said they forgot to clean, The billing system is poor, room guest for Breadfast or dinner usually will claim at the room bill, but they charge to my deposit credit card immediately, but the final bill found double charging. Very disappointed the experience on this Hotel, only the swimming pool is a good value on my stay, but the rest of thing……

“This hotel is pretty old. The AC is noisy and is located right above my head, which is annoying. I won’t stay here going forward.”

“Old hotel but very clean and peaceful, No breakfast room but on each floor each morning they have juices, fruit and pastries.”

“Destination Fee is a bad idea.”

“I can’t not get any service.”
