“When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't……

“I rented this townhouse because we had stayed here in 2023. Fully equipped kitchen. Because we couldn't afford to eat out every day, 3 meals per day, we cooked. We arrived on a Wednesday and had family over, it was uncomfortably HOT. We never could get the AC to work. I called the front desk the following day, Thursday and no one ever showed up. We were gone during the day so I wasn't overly concerned about the AC. The problem was the last night we were there we had a family dinner, which we……

“The room never kept hot water!! We had to take cold showers and it was only 3 of us staying in there, And it was dirty needed dusted really bad my husband has allergies and he was miserable the entire week could not breath”

“I like it but there is room for improvement on the little things. For a personal stay and non business it would be a little better. I have stayed twice for business. It’s clean but due to the openness it’s hard to control the temp in the room. My first stay the wifi didn’t work and cell reception is minimal so using phone as a hot spot was less than ideal. I like the kitchenette area and comes with everything you need but no area to use it. If you want to use the electric pan they have you can’t……

“The room was very clean and well maintained. It was very easy to access and cleanup process was very easy.”

“We arrived at the townhouse and the bed sheets on every bed were stained and had hair on them. The floors had garbage on the floor. The bathroom curtains had mold and the toilets were dirty. We didn’t take towels since it was listed on there but the ones they had were dirty we had to go buy some. One of the bed was broken and the freezer didn’t work either I communicated all of this to the host and received to no respond. ”
