“First off, when I got to the extended stay, I walked in looking for the service desk and walked all the way down the hallway out the other door, no office. Then this other customer said are you looking for the office I stated yes and he said it’s way over there in the other building there was no sign posted to send me there if not for the other customer I’d still be looking, went to the other building got my key went back to my room it was clean but the TV did not work, I called the front desk……

“The room was very clean. It had a hot tub in it and it was also very clean and worked properly. We enjoyed our stay there.”

“The staff were friendly. However, At check-in my parking pass was not given to me so we received three calls about it at 7:30 the next morning. The condo looks just like the pictures and was roomy for my large family, but was a little dated. The carpet throughout was old and stained and the stove burners in the kitchen were hard to use because they were bent up. They didn’t provide simple kitchen utensils like pancake turners and they only had a few pans and one sheet pan, which made cooking a……

“Finding the check in office was terrible. The woman checking me in was rude. There were fees that were not covered in the booking process. The room was out of the village across the road from the main stay area, pool and club house. The couch was peeling. The shower drain was broken in half. Pool area for the children was nice but there teenage children running arou d about plowing them down. We were there several hours and no staff came thru not even once. I understand there is no life guard on……

“Beautiful, clean property in the heart of city center. Many options for food and shopping within short walking distance.”

“I travel for work so I have stayed in some pretty questionable places however this was by far the worst. I slept with a chair in front of the door and also went and bought shower shoes to wear in the shower. This is also the only time I have ever left a review for a place. This place needs a lot of work. It has potential however at this time I would never recommend this place for anyone.”
