“This was our first VRBO experience and turned out to be the loveliest vacation stay of our lives. The home was not only clean, but decorated as a home by the sea. It was adequately stocked with linens, laundry, kitchen supplies and appliances including dishwasher. The home has beautiful wrap around porches with a barbecue grill on one. Large windows line every wall for ocean views. You can hear waves breaking and the sounds of sea creatures throughout the day and night. The property is……

“The property was very well kept and beautiful right at the ocean. The parking spot designated for this unit was very bad for the low riding rental car. The front left corner had a hole that the tire would drop into.The unit could have been more comfortable just by adding a comfy chair. The bed was wonderful and falling to sleep hearing the ocean was supreme!There was only one set of dishes for 4 so I washed dishes by hand rather than use the dishwasher for a few dishes each day.It was very well……

“Everything was just as stated online it was very clean comfortable, and the kitchen was particularly well stocked with everything you need to cook”

“The location is great and the property was very clean! Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Only downside for parents with young children, there is not a deadbolt on the front door. Our 2 year old could run out (and tried many times). I would recommend adding an additional lock. Also, the master bed was comfortable but pretty squeaky. Overall, good property. ”

“The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We ventured out every morning to enjoy the ocean, trees, parks, history etc. Every afternoon we relaxed in the apartment. Be prepared to climb steps if they don’t fix the elevator. It was good exercise for us, but some might find it tiring, especially caring groceries. We had a great vacation in Monterey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condominium.”
