"This was an unexpected surprise. I liked everything about the hotel, room was comfortable, good breakfast, everything was clean. I do have a complaint though, while we were eating breakfast 3 staff members were making their own breakfast. I didn’t care about that, the problem we had was how loud they were. One was making pancakes right behind our table and 2 others were standing by her. Their conversation was so loud my husband and I couldn’t converse. Once the 3 of them had made their breakfast they sat at a table near us to eat. One of them got a phone call so she put it in speaker. It was a very uncomfortable breakfast for us. "

"The staff was excellent and always very nice and accommodating, especially the shuttle drivers. The shuttle was so awesome to get downtown easily."
