"We rally enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and kind! Cocktail night at the bar was a lovely surprise. They offer 3rd part transportation to downtown and Opry Mills. The offer we were given when check-in was different then what the driver gave us. He needed to call and ask but he was able to accommodate us. The number he gave us to call was also out of order. We ended up calling the hotel and they were helpful in contacting him. The transportation was not on the hotel. Overall we would stay again."

"It was perfect for what we needed. It was small, but fine for us two. Very clean inside the room, comfy bed, and housekeeping left us a bag of stuff on our door daily without asking and not disturbing us. If you want alot of luxury and a pool this is not for you. It was not the prettiest outside of our room but overall it was great for us. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Close walk to downtown boardwalk. Great prices, security on site all day and night. Would stay again! "
