"We had a group of 7 visiting our daughter who is freshmen at Chapman University. The location of this house was ideal, the rooms were big and clean, the pool as well as pool table and ping pong table were extra amenities that we enjoyed"

"We loved this place! It is in a great location and was so clean. The beds were so comfortable and the house was filled with everything you need. There was a grocery store about a mile away which made it super easy to stock the refrigerator for our stay. It had a nice set up in the back yard full of outside games, a grill, tv and patio set. It also had a washer and dryer which was so nice."

"We absolutely loved this property. It is clean and new and was the perfect place for our family to stay to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Chapman. "Everything was perfect from start to finish. The Hosts were amazing with communications ! The cottage was spotless and very clean! Perfectly decorated and everything you’ll need for a very pleasant stay! Very quiet and slept like a rock ( which is rare for me). Definitely would stay here for every visit to the area."

"What a great house for our stay. Our family needed a home for Chapman graduation and this place worked out perfectly. Not only was there plenty of room for everyone, but we were surprised with how well appointed everything was. What a great surprise. The location was close to the campus and we walked to the Stack House for a great breakfast. We appreciated, and used, both the Keurig and the Nespresso coffee makers. And thanks for all of the snacks! It was so thoughtful. I would recommend this...

"We rented this home to be near Chapman University for our daughter's graduation. We had family members, older and younger from out of town. This home was so spacious and gave us a very relaxing place to "land" in between events. Like the description says...it has 5 bedrooms. 3 are King Master Suites (attached bathrooms). One room with a King and the room with 2 fulls share a bathroom which was just fine. We paid extra to warm the beautiful hot tub up since May Gray was hanging around and it...
