“Great place to stay definitely come back”

“To start with, our room was not ready when we got to the hotel and it was check-in time. If the maid was just finishing up that would be fine, but the room was wide open, the bed unmade, dirty towels everywhere, and no one in or around the room. It made me flashback to a time I tried to rent a room in another city and was told I would need to change the sheets myself. Yikes! I went back to the office and the desk clerk didn't know where the cleaning person was. I asked if they had another room……

“I rarely write detailed reviews of lodging, however, I am writing today to say the level of care and attention taken to every detail of this stay was superior. The management was friendly, helpful and generous with their time. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. I arrived at around 6:00 pm to find a lovely assortment of refreshments including fine wine and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres. Somenone was on board to help with luggage. I will definitely stay at the St. Charles again.”

“It was in an ideal location, but the room was tiny and honestly not very clean. We had ants everywhere which was disappointing. Overall, it was okay. The staff was nice, but the ant problem really bothered us. Beautiful area around the place and walking distance to a beautiful beach.”
