“The rooms were amazing and so was the staff!!The breakfast was great! We will definitely be back!!!”

“I got there about 20 minutes before check in so I went to my room anyway to see if I could get in. I put in the code and the door opened but then hit the door stop, indicating someone was inside. I though maybe there was still a cleaner in there so I just waited in the hall. About 5 minutes later a random person came out and asked if this was my room. I said yes and he said to just give him a minute and he'll leave. He said he stays there sometimes because his mom worked at the building. He left……

“Loved this place so much! Very clean and perfect for our stay. Super easy check-in and great location”

“The room was in an old building in a run-down neighborhood. However, the inside was recently remodeled and in good, clean condition. The property is quite a walk from the subway, however city busses stop nearby. You can actually call and speak with someone if you need help. However, some of the information you get is incomplete and sloppy. The biggest issue for me is the security deposit. You must send them cash via Apple pay, Zelle, etc. before they'll send you the entry codes. I left 5……

“Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl”

“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but……

“Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.”

“酒店没有招牌，很难找。旁边也不能停车。最难受的是酒店挨着轻轨，每隔几分钟就有车通过，从早上7点到晚上24点不停。几乎没有睡着。房间油漆味很重。”

“I got a text 30 min after check in and a call almost an hour after check in telling me my room was not ready. the room was clean and ready when i got in at 4 pm. i was then told i couldn't be told why i couldn't be in the room because the authorities would possibly need to be coming because the maid found something. keep in mind i was already checked in and unpacked my things. they they offered another accommodation almost 2 miles away, and i told them I picked this property because I could……

“Nice place”

“門壞了、椅子壞了、沒提供飲水、製冰機要跑不同樓層找、沒有拖鞋、沒有盥洗用具、沒有杯子 ….，可以說飯店應該提供的東西都沒有，就是價格昂貴。”

“優異服務”
