We had a very large group of friends that wanted a getaway weekend together and this place had everything for us. There were ample rooms for almost everyone to have their own space, tons of bathrooms, and the amenities were fantastic. We spent so much time in the pool, the hot tub, and playing pickle ball on the courts. The sound proofing between the indoors and outdoors as well as the bedrooms was also very impressive. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating to all of our requests and their response time was so fast. Juan met us at the house and brought a HUGE basket of food and drinks! King-sized beds in every room. A whopping 7.5 bathrooms, many serving as ensuites. Master bedroom suite was truly a MASTER. Three industrial washers/dryers on site made laundry easy and fun! Well stocked kitchen with huge fridge/freezer and TWO dishwashers made cleaning a breeze. Plenty of places to eat. Backyard PERFECT for a large family gathering-a heated swimming pool and hot tub (no extra fee for heating), a putt putt course, pickleball court, bags area, fire pit, horseshoes and hammock. The lighting at night was spectacular. Estate is nestled in a golf course, near everything in Scottsdale. Grocery store, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby made the location absolutely perfect. Best thing we can say is that the estate looks EXACTLY like the site photos. It was perfect for 24 friends for a long week and plenty of space and activities to do on the property! The hosts are super responsive and a pleasure to work with!! The property management company was quick to respond to all questions/concerns. The home had all necessary amenities. We ended up purchasing a few items that was needed like a new basketball and put put clubs, and darts. The home was quiet but do watch for golf balls. We used the concierge services for lunch and dinner and Chef Bridget Instagram tag bibis\_latin\_kitchen was phenomenal. Would highly recommend her! It was a wonderful vacation and the perfect place to enjoy daughter's graduation and family all together. If I had to provide any feedback it would be to give back the closet in bedroom that is being used for storage and put a locked cabinet in garage (unlikely used since the openers are not provided) or laundry room for supplies. This bedroom has no closet or dresser for guests which is not super convenient. Also make sure each bathroom had a trash can. Lastly I noticed some equipment needed replaced due to just normal wear and tear, like basketball, put put clubs, and darts. We ended up leaving some we purchased during our stay. Just would be wise to review them periodically. The courts and privacy screen could benefit from some maintenance. We loved the adjustable hoop and lights on the courts at night. This property has everything you could hope for!! After planning meetings all day, they were able to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and engage in friendly competition on the pickleball courts. Everyone had their own room. (Although a couple rooms do not have a closet) but wasn't a major problem. The Tennis and Pickle Ball courts were well used by our group, as was the pool and hot tub. Property was amazing and guests enjoyed all of the amenities. Was impressed thar all amenities were available which is rare for property of this size. We had the most enjoyable time possible. We did not want to leave so with that we will be aiming to come back next year for a golf trip and enjoy relaxing at the Villa! The house has so much room for the guests and lounging and the living room was perfect. Everyone also loved the backyard with the tennis courts, putting green and outdoor grills and pool. Host was incredibly nice and super quick to respond. Will absolutely plan another stay at this house!
