The tremendous leadership and dedication of the staff make this a favorite stay. Fernando, Jazi and Ivan in preferred, Julian in Oceana, Rosalba, Natali, Barbara in houskeeping. For the price, I recommend the.Preferred Guest package as you get some extra service including a lounge. The staff is the best part of our stay - attentive and nice. Location is good and amenities are fine - but it is smaller resort which is a good thing as it never feels crowded. The resort should invest in two things: better food at the restaurants and better bedding and room accommodations. They said you should book through Expedia as it matters to the resort what their customers are important.

Some areas of the hotel could use some touching up. It’s rather inconsistent where some areas are well maintained while others are not. It’s similar to the staff, some staff was over the top while others aren’t as helpful leaving a rather inconstant experience. Same could be said for the dining staff, on occasion you get good service while at the same restaurant on another day would be different.

Jaziel and angel were the best servers we had the entire trip. Jaziel took care of us during our stay made all our drinks and was very helpful to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . He was amazing . Angel was a great server at there Italian restaurant and he was very attentive and a great server . He made the whole experience very fun . Staff was very polite and respectful , they made the hotel so much better , staff was amazing . Super clean and super attentive and polite

Everything about our stay was great, from room's, dinning service, drinks being accessible everywhere you go, definitely a great experience for us, portofino restaurant stood out for it's fine dining and great service by Jose, he guided us through our dining experience and recommended some of the best dishes and drinks.

What I specifically liked the most was how accommodating everyone was for my wife and I. We were on our honeymoon and everyone genuinely seemed happy to be a part of the Dreams Adventura team and treated us with such kindness and respect. On several occasions, several staff members went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed. I would like to give a big thank you to Amelio, he made this trip feel extra special for us and made sure he took any matter into his own hands personally to accommodate my wife and I. Alan at the front who helped with our luggage and helped with our vehicle was excellent as well. We’re grateful that we spent our honeymoon here, it really couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you!

We had a great vacation with our immediate family of 18 people! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us to eat together at dinner each night (not an easy feat!) They also had all of our food allergies documented and made sure our food was safe to eat. The property was well maintained and the staff was very attentive and responsive. We also enjoyed the water slides! The highlight was seeing iguanas and capybaras at the pool! A great time was had by all!

The staff is the most outstanding asset of this property. I am not sure how many preferred guests there are, but, the preferred area seemed quite crowded.

We love the feel and layout of this property. Access to everything is a short distance, allowing relaxation. The Staff is exceptional, and always solicitous of meeting our every want and need. This is our 2nd stay there, and we will return.

The staff was friendly and took care of all requests. Picture of amenities where over hyped. Water park was only 2 small slides that were unimpressive. Overall the experience was okay.
