"I wanted to take my wife somewhere to relax and to get away. Gardengate was just wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Rhoda the owner and she was wonderful in so many ways. Her husband Tom was also so welcoming and kind..we felt like part of their family. The cottage was perfect and so nice. We loved the farm atmosphere and we were so impressed. I really cant say anything negative about our stay or the quality of the cottage. Rhoda was so helpful as the host and my wife and I...

Cozy in A Small Town - 1 bedroom apartment
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 6 reviews
"The property was very comfortable and easy to get to. The owner was great and easy to work with. The only issue I had was the listing from Vrbo said it was located at Lake Wawassee but it is in town. This was not the owners issue as he contacted Vrbo once I sent him the screen shot from Vrbo. For me it wasn’t a big deal but could have been for someone else. I would definitely recommend this property."

Sylvan Lake House 5-BR 4-BA Full Kit., 2 Pier spaces
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 26 reviews
"The house accommodated our 11 family members out of the area to stay comfortably and be able to visit with other family members living in the area. We all gathered to be together to celebrate a high school graduation and Open House as well as a surprise 25th wedding anniversary party at Sylvan Cellars. The house was well supplied for meeting all our needs. The ceilings on the first floor were low, so for people over 6'5" need to duct heads a lot, but we managed."
