The house was perfect for all of us. Clean and spacious. The elevator worked great and was an added bonus along with the golf cart. A short distance to beach access and the golf cart made it easier with all our stuff. The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards that were at the house. The only thing I would warn people, park only at designated spot at parking lot for beach access. The sheriff monitors everyday and tickets are given out frequently. The extras were so very nice such as the golf cart, the bicycles, the beach towels and toys and the ping pong table. It was so nice not to have to take all of those things. Beach access was easy. Our family has varied ages which did not fit the sleeping options very well. We needed the sleeper sofa for that extra bed, but difficult with some early folks and some late folks. It would probably sleep 10 a little better than 12\. Overall, it is one of the best places we have every stayed on 30A. ##### Linda K.
