“Beautiful house with beautiful view. The house was very well kept and maintained, it is in a monitored neighborhood making it extra secure. Absolutely loved everything and the host was amazing, would 100% book again. ”

“We had seven family members from three generations staying at Casa de Tomas-- it was a wonderful place for all ages, spacious and secure, with individual privacy, swimming, the beach a five-minute walk from the front door. Furnished with plenty of furnishings, abundant bathrooms, kitchen equipment, towels, outdoor equipment that made it welcoming and relaxing for both kids and adults.”

“The rooftop deck is amazing because the pool is perfect refreshment. The house was lovely and neat. The only update or suggestion might.be new mattresses and laundry services. The concierge Fernando is super helpful.and responsive. Great stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Shalimar! The space is exactly as the description and pictures show. Three nicely equipped villa's around a giant, multi level pool with a swim up bar. Plenty of shallow space safe for younger children (the youngest member of our party was 3) and deeper areas for the stronger swimmers. Check in was breeze, despite some of our party arriving much later than expected. Richard (concierge) came back to check the entire group in at 11 pm when the last of our group……

“We had a wonderful stay in paradise. The Pictures don’t give it justice. From Stafan, to his staff we felt like kings and queens. I definitely recommend hiring chef Ramiro, he is amazing! We felt very safe and comfortable in the community. Lots do there from shopping, tons of restaurants and you can swim with dolphins! I highly recommend getting a golf cart or two depending on how many in your group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!”

“Notre séjour a été un très bon souvenir. Nous avons fêté Noël dans cette maison et avons ouverts les cadeaux sous le regard des singes. Car oui, la maison est au milieu d'une petite jungle ce qui permet aux singes (qui n'appartiennent pas aux propriétaires des lieux, je précise) de venir souvent nous faire un coucou depuis les arbres. Très beau lieu, de très belles personnes (les propriétaires vivent l'étage du dessus de la maison), de très beaux souvenirs.”

“While this house is not your top of the line resort type place to stay, it served our purposes and then some. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place…think more cottage type with secondhand furniture and accessories. Although it is older, it is clean. What is fantastic is the location. We didn’t need a car because the Taxi stand is right down the street next to the Sandos hotel. You can take a longer walk and head to the street market for some local fare. There is also a bicycle……

“Absolutely recommend to stay here! Carlos is an amazing host! This property is located inside a gated private property so it’s super safe. It was a little difficult to find but our host Carlos went out of his way to go find us. The location is next to Xenses and Xcaret parks truly a hidden Gem! The house is absolutely stunning and Carlos was responded back quickly if we had any questions or concerns , he also took time to give us a tour of the place and made us feel like We were at home,……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
