"Staff was very helpful. Great location across the street from a train and tram stop yet it was very quiet. Nice room with balcony. Only the bed was sandwiched into a tight space with a small area to even walk to the bed. However, the bed itself was very comfortable."

"The hotel and staff were perfect for our overnight stay before a flight back to the US. Essentially on the Zurich airport property connected by a shopping mall. Very convenient. There is one IMPORTANT thing to note when checking in - the Hyatt Place hotel at Zurich airport does NOT have a front door accessible to a drivable street- in other words there is no “street address” usable by GPS to have you arrive at the front door and essentially no easy way to unload bags from a car.
