“The front desk staff were really nice. I appreciated the warm welcome and smiles. The parking attendant was very helpful. The room was fairly clean. The conditioner was completely out in the shower. The ac didn’t seem to cool off to the temp we wanted. When I went down to the front around 9 pm after a long day at the hospital I was alarmed to hear that another customer had bed bugs in the room. Being unsettled I checked my bed and didn’t see anything but didn’t know what to look for. I could not……

“We had to move rooms twice. The air in the first didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. It didn’t work at all in the second for either bedroom. In the first room the kitchen cabinets were so dirty on the fronts. In the second the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by a wire. All 3 tubs had clearly been painted and were peeling and stained and even had sandy feeling stuff all over the bottom of one. Stains on the carpet, gross looking showers, and generally just gave an icky vibe. All the……
