"We were looking for a place to watch the 2024 Total Eclipse and this place delivered. The host was accommodating to us arriving late and remaining on the property past our checkout time so we could watch the eclipse. It ended up being perfect weather and viewing conditions. If there was ever another eclipse in Bloomington, this would be a great host to stay with."

"Thought we were getting a regular apartment with a seating area and a kitchen with utensils, etc.Don’t consider small fridge, tiny microwave and a one cup Kerick in the hallway a kitchen. Not even four chairs or a table for four people to sit and talk or play cards!Also a designated parking area where we could stay for a few days. Having to move two or three times is rediculous!"

"Inside and out, every seat has a view. The three-sided deck is so cool. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean and checkout procedure is clear. Tons of storage. We forgot a box fan for sleeping and were happy to find one in the hall closet. Because there are no pix and I was curious before our stay, I want to say the bathrooms are great. Each floor has a full bath! The main floor is accessed from the hall and bedroom, and there is pocket door separating the sink from the toilet and shower. The...

"Grateful that the price was not jacked up for the eclipse weekend like so many others. Overall the place is great. Just know that there is no dishwasher and that the previous tenants many not have been great dishwashers."
