“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“This hotel is beautiful when it comes to the vibes, the aesthetic, and overall atmosphere. But don’t let that fool you. I’d only recomend staying here if you want roaches in your room, creepy vibes, and bad management. After complaining not once but twice of cockroaches in the bathroom, crawling all over my toothbrush and other articles, I was only given a new toothbrush and toothpaste and two free breakfast meals at the nearby breakfast restaurant.
