"Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service."

"Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks....

"This was an amazing stay for me and my family. This was a short notice booking, and we had difficulty finding lodging in Playa Del Carmen. We had to leave a place that was already booked due to lack of A/C. Steffen and Wendy were so welcoming and offered local places to visit. I have traveled the world with my family, and for me and my parents this was one of the best places we have stayed. I definitely will book again."

"Wonderful stay in a small bay right on the beach. Well appointed, comfortable beds, cleaning every day, 20 minute walk to town with grocery store and restaurants. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. We did not have a car and felt it was fine as we wanted a quiet time without excursions. "

The complex was very nice and the grounds were very well kept The condo itself was spacious and the view from the deck was great On the downside, the furniture needs cleaning and the stove elements were hit and miss. The cold water in the second shower didn’t work and there were several lights burned out. In general it is in need of an upgrade All in all we had a great time"

"Quit area, close to the beach and 5ta Avenue. I didn't like the bed and old apartment and it's expensive.a Also,I changed my mind and I wanted just to stay one night instead of two but the owner didn't want to return my money. "
