“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“My wife and I have not been able to do a getaway for some time. So, we decided to take a trip to Cancun to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I spent some time researching destinations and finally settled on this resort. I was specifically looking for one with a nice beach, as this is a highlight for her. Having never been to this resort or even Mexico, we did not know what to expect.
