"We had a great stay. Great resort, loved the location and food was great. Pools was the perfect temperature, and we had a great time with our 3 year old daughter. We had a room where the bathroom had a very strange chemical sticky smell. It was a busy time at the report, but the staff was great and helped to get us a new room. They were very nice and gave us a complimentary cabana. Would definitely go back for our next trip"

"This Hotel was spotless. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They welcomed us at the lobby with lemonade as we were checking in. The food was delicious the drinks were great. I loved everything about this Hotel this is the 1st time I give an excellent review to a Hotel. The malecon is nearby walking distance we walked there every night it was so lovely. "Staff were very friendly. I thought i had booked a pool/water view but i had a front entance view instead. Property is well maintained, there are a few items that need some attention but nothing major that would disrupt a stay here. Proximity to City Centre was pretty quick by car (15 minutes) "
