“应该是新开业的酒店，很多问题衔接不上，管理比较混乱，面巾纸没有货、房卡不好用直到离开酒店。餐厅咖啡经常没有……”

“The ice machines: 1 didn't work at all, the other was unable to keep up with demand so most people didn't get any. We ended up going to a gas station for some. We had to wait well over 1 hour for our room to be ready due to a shortage of help. We were there around 345 but didn't get in to our room until after 5. 4 people booked in our room but only 3 towels. Bathtub has rust stains that evidently don't come out but it was not appealing visually. Overall, this place needs a major upgrade. I will……

“The bathroom was not as clean as you would expect. Stains in toilet, shower wasn't really clean. Cobwebs in the main part of the room, hanging off lights. Refrigerator wasn't very cold. The TV turned on in the middle of the night, remote was on night stand. The breakfast service didn't start until 8am. On a weekend. So wasn't able to use that perk.”

“The room was great - clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower! However, I really did NOT like having to pay for parking at $30 a day!!! Also, there were NO freebies of any kind. Very disappointing.”

“看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。”
