“Did not know that there were so many stairs to get to and from the bachelor apt., However Hosts were there at the time we arrived to check on things and graciously helped us up the stairs with our bags ! We really appreciated their friendliness and kindness after a long day . The oatmeal cookies that were left for us as a special treat were fantastic and waking up to a beautiful view with Canada geese on the lawn by the lake was amazing!”

“The woman's touch was evident; we didn't have to ask for anything extra, there were ample towels and everything was thought out in advance. The setting was idyllic, peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the meditation zone; it was magical. One should be aware there are no grocery shops or restaurants nearby. One is advised to arrive with supplies needed for your stay. The location is isolated but a welcome respite after days of travel. The Louisbourg fortress is a 35 minute drive away.”

“My family and I were thrilled to walk into such a beautiful very new apartment. There are so many details and special touches to make this place our home. “Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay. As well, there was no "Welcome Basket" that we are accustom to seeing at other VRBOs that includes such things as preserves, crackers etc. (i.e. small items that are often not brought by travelers).
