“Weren’t told of any of the amenities when checking in and learned from other staff about cookies, breakfast etc. pool was cloudy due to someone getting sick in it. Room was exceedingly HOT even when we turned off all heat sources. The heat issue plus Bathroom being set for 88 making my wife sick almost every night of our stay. Being just below the fourth floor lounge in 304 meant we hear all the footsteps and activity of equipment on the 4rth floor in the early hours. For 400+ per night……

“Clean room”

“We had a quick overnight in Narragansett for a URI event for our son. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location of the Shore House is right on the water so we could enjoy listening to the ocean. The only negative was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I hoped. ”

“We wish the breakfast eggs and sides were a little bit higher quality. Having the breakfast is a nice amenity but the items were not as good as expected.”

“Overall the Inn is very nice. Only additional comment of note is that the bath and sleeping space were nice; but the sleeping space was small, perhaps because it was in the 1st floor location.”

“The hotel was pretty good, staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was good, however the sink drained very slowly. Also, one of the elevators was out of order while we were there and the remaining elevator was very slow. The pool was closed one of the two days we were there so we were not able to use it. “I felt like this place was a bargain, especially with breakfast included! We stayed in April just before their weddings started, and it was very quiet. We had a nice view of the water from our room, and the grounds are stunning! It was clean and perfect for an overnight. People with lots of luggage or mobility issues should note that there is no elevator. You also cannot control your room's temperature, and it was a bit warmer than I like for sleeping. “Loved the amount of space in the room and how close it was to everything”

“Stay was wonderful, clean, well decorated and exactly as described. The one comment, it does get loud due to street noise. If there is a way to insulate the outside noise from people walking late at night or the cars going by. I used my sound machine app and was fine”

“The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the……
