“There are some noisy on second floor at almost at 9 in the morning”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Very helpful staff! Great location! Mountain View had some obstruction from a construction fence but they had a patio with seats with a great view of bell rock! Staff was very knowledgeable of the area and places to see and do! For the price too would go back! ”

“The location is fantastic. Lots of dining options and the Village of Oak Creek shops to explore. Very close to some great hiking (Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock). Downtown/Uptown Sedona is not far to drive. My only issue would be the sleeper sofa. Great for the option but old and uncomfortable to just use as a small sofa. Shower was great. Clean, new, plenty of hot water. Location really makes this work.”

“Everything about our stay was just lovely. The property was very clean overall. The outdoor patio area could have been blown off a bit more, but that’s a very minor detail. The room itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need for cooking. The only small additions that would have made it even better would be basics like olive oil. We also didn’t receive quite enough coffee for our three-day stay, so we had to stop by……

“Oak creek village was very handy, upscale and had anything that you might need. There are only stairs to the 2nd floor where the better views are.”
