“Loved the house and we have always loved the location at Melrose. Having 4 bedrooms with each having own full bathroom was great for the entire family. Place well equipped and above the standard short term rental experience we have. Great hosts and quick responses to any questions. “The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”

“The resort is family friendly. It is a timeshare property, so be prepared to be asked to attend a presentation. In the description on the hotels.com website, we were told there would be a golf credit which we had planned for. When we arrived we were told that was no longer available , which was very disappointing. I took a screenshot of the description and shared with resort staff but it was not honored. ”

“We’ve come to Savannah, staying in Tybee for the last four years while our son was attending SCAD. We pick a different house each time (4-5 times a year). This trip was to celebrate his graduation and it was by far our favorite! Only bummed we didn’t discover it sooner. Although it’s historic, it is so well kept and has every amenity you’d like. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms renovated beautifully, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool and yard are so clean. We LOVED bowling……
