"I absolutely recommend this property without reservation. I cannot say enough good things about it, starting with the host (Margalida’s) amazingly friendly demeanor. Margalida met us at the house to welcome us and show us all the fun features of this modern home. She was incredibly responsive and provided recommendations on places to eat, sightsee, and shop, as well as where to rent a car and the best traditional foods to order. I contacted her every day with different questions about the area...

"We had a fantastic stay in Casa Ventura. The property has an ideal location with walking distance to the village Portals Nous and the harbor and small, lovely beach. Very well equipped, and great outdoor areas. Rasmus was very accommodating and provided us all necessary info for a great stay. Definitively recommend."

"House great, another bathroom would have been good and aircon in the lounge. One negative is the quality of all the small appliances all plastic and cheap. But they worked. The outdoor area was very nice great pool and private. Villa in good location. Isabel the owner attended to any questions quickly."

"This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

"3 generations of our family ventured to Bella Vista this June. Beautifully traditional Spanish villa. Views were amazing!! Biniaraix is a lovely place. We’ve been to this part of Majorca many times before so the location away from Puerto Sóller didn’t put us off. It is hard to get to by car and parking is limited but if your happy to be adventurous & also walk to places it’s definitely a little piece of paradise xxx"

"Inneneinrichtung ist eher alt und die Schränke riechen muffig. Pool ist schön, liegt ca 2km außerhalb Binisalem. Matrazen sind alt; insgesamt eher überteuert"

"This large villa is close to Palma city centre (20 mins walk). There are also restaurants and bars by the marina which is only a 10-15 min walk. There is a good supermarket 3 minutes walk away. The villa is fully air- conditioned and has a large pool and patio with ample sun beds. Pedro, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check out. Overall a very good experience. "

"Great communication throughout the whole process, property was clean, had all the facilities we needed, Air conditioning has been installed in most rooms. Only small issue was that the ants were coming into the kitchen when you left the tiniest bit of leftover food, but our friends who stayed in other properties had similar issues so I think it's just the way these villas are built. Beds have been very comfortable. The whole group enjoyed the stay and would come back again!"
