“房間隔音稍差，其他方面都非常好”

“good breakfast”

“The Guesthouse is advertised as part of the Spinnaker Brew Pub, however, staff in the pub advised that the guesthouse had been sold on some time before and was now a separate entity. The guesthouse failed to email me entry codes so when I arrived I had to rely on pub staff for assistance which they were unable to give other than a phone number for guesthouse staff. I then received codes by text. Notwithstanding this the accommodation itself was very good”

“The facility is best for a long stay”

“職員服務態度殷勤，有禮貌令人有賓至如歸嘅感覺”

“The bed is comfortable and large. Room size is good. What need improvement is the cleanliness of the room and amenities provided.”

“各方面都滿意”

“The worst hotel I had ever been! What we saw after enter the room was all the windows were opened without insect screen mesh so our room was full of flys, big bugs and their dead bodies. We reported it to the front desk immediately and proposed to switch another room. He suggested to refresh the room again as the hotel was fully booked. After around 30 minutes, we accessed to the room again. There were some small flys but we thought it was acceptable as we have no choice. However at 9:30pm,……

“The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.”

“Too simple ”

“Everything is Ok ”

“Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.”

“海景房景觀非常棒，房間新又乾淨，因為屬於日本APA集團所以也有日本免治馬桶的設施，很令人驚喜👍👍👍”

“The room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is great. A lot of restaurants and scenic spots are within walking distance.”
