“Booked for a girls get-away. There were many many children there and it was advertised as a relaxing place but the screaming kids kinda changed that. The drain was clogged and after being told we would be receiving help that night, we were then told that it wouldn’t be cleaned till the following day which wasn’t awesome. There are advertised shops. There are indeed a couple. I got a smoothie at one and it took about twenty minutes. We ate a great meal at The Attic. Unfortunately my dish came 15……

“Excellent Views. Place needs some TLC but also read that there is plans to demo and rebuild so that's totally understandable. Clean rooms and comfy beds for as busy as it was it was sound proofed well. Attached restaurant is closed permanently but that's also understandable if demo is coming. Would stay again.”

“Peggy was incredibly helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. A few days before my arrival, she sent me a text confirming our booking. The room was just as pictured, with an amazing and serene view.”

“Was not worth the amount Expedia chargd me for. (Expedia why don't you credit my account 1/2 and we will call it good) I had a tarp over the balcony so no view of the ocean. The sink would not drain and I stood in 3" of water during my shower. I did not feel safe, it seemed the deadbolt didn't go in far enough. No bath mat and a long piece of hair hanging from one of the bath towels. The TV had a good assortment of stations and the Wi-Fi went in and out and times. I would not stay here again.……

“The location is great. The staff is great. The buildings definitely show their wear. ”

“Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in……

“Had No problem bringing our dogs and parking was good.The views were EXCEPTIONAL from our room and and especially on the balcony. That's why we love to stay there!”

“Great place to stay and so close to the shops and boardwalk. Love the views and balcony right on the water. I’d highly recommend staying here. Right after our stay I wanted to go back. ”

“Very clean, seems to be an updated room. It was a little loud in the morning with what i think was other people showering. Amazing location, right on the beach and was great to have a little balcony.”

“This was first time at this hotel and I’d never go back. It felt like it needed a good deep clean and the walls were paper thin. If you’re stuck on the first floor you will hear every noise amplified. I always saw someone smoking weed or cigarettes. If you’re sensitive to smell, not the place for you. A party started at midnight in the room above me and staff seemed like I inconvenienced them by letting them know. Not to mention, no phones in the room, or a contact list. I had to walk in……
