“It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . Shower is open and very close to tub so with placement of head made for a sadly awkward shower in a beautiful space. “Staff was wonderful. Especially Madison and the manager. So helpful, patient and accommodating. We were very disappointed in the room we got. I think it was the last room to accommodate for people in the spring break week. I did not know such a room existed as in my many states I have always been in the front row of cottages.
