“The resort was nice. The ocean front condo had a great view. There isn’t really much to do 9n “the resort”except swim. There were two pools. There is a small grab and go for food at the family pool but they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only open 8a-12p. When we asked about a good place to eat dinner we were handed a pamphlet which listed the poolside cafe that was closed that day and offered no suggestions. “The positives are that the condo is spacious, the resort complex is beautiful, and the pool area is excellent. The location is also convenient for exploring the Kona area. However, the condo itself feels quite dated. The furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances are all older than expected, and the cookware was heavily scratched and should be replaced.
