“Peaceful house, great location and well stocked place. Enough room to place a large dog kennel next to the kitchen table.Neighborhood is really quiet which is exactly what we needed. The crestone book was an interesting read and recommended perusing. Only suggestion is to add a deck of cards, uno, skipbo like games to the collection of games.”

“Overall a very nice spot. Quiet neighborhood , very clean and well kept, kitchen stocked with basics like spices, flour, sugar, etc. Would have been nice to have directions on how to adjust the thermostat as it was set to drop to 60 degrees at night. And unscented/hypoallergenic detergent/fabric softener would be preferable as all the towels smelled like perfume and caused a skin reaction. ”

“This place was solid!Although not the easiest to get to (Trust me if you want off the beaten path PEACE and quit this cabin is top notch), the cabin was comfortable, the scenery in the foothills if the San Juan Mountains was amazing.Our host went way above and beyond, answered questions, and even helped with a vehicle lock out!!! “We stayed two nights on a trip to the Sand dunes… It was centrally located in Crestone, convenient to the market and coffee shop. Would stay here again. Not fancy, perfect for a Nice peaceful getaway. Beautiful views, you can’t beat Crestone. Be mindful there are stairs and grass to walk-through upon arrival. We very much enjoyed our time there.
