“Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property.”

The management company was quick to communicate when we had a concern. The house is located in such a cute neighbourhood, we enjoyed evening walks each night! “We really enjoyed the spacious layout of the house. Our volleyball team loved the bunkbed room. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax.”

“This house was perfect for a weekend home base for Grand Park. Literally 5 minutes to the park. The house and beds were very comfortable. The game room has a futon or a roll away bed, neither of which my 11 year old son found very comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer, and 2 bathrooms for 5 of us to get ready. The owner was very responsive all weekend, except for the last day when I asked for a late checkout due to our tournament schedule, he never responded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay……

“We had a nice stay! The house was clean and had all items that we needed! Also, loved house close it was to the downtown square. My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. The host had great communication and provided food recommendations as well as information on the local festival. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great property, especially for large groups! Amazing indoor and outdoor areas, especially the multiple decks, second floor gaming area, and hammocks! Property owner was super easy to communicate with, gave lots of great tips for the area and responded quickly to all my questions. 4/5 for cleanliness as there were lots of ants and crumbs on the kitchen floor when we first arrived. Otherwise it was perfect!”

“Stay was great. Served our purpose for a place to sleep , relax and cook. No issues other than, hot water heater couldn't hold up to back to back showers. Also, extra trash bags need to be provided.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the chateau. Quiet neighborhood right on the river was perfect for our weekend getaway. There were some basic maintenance issues we encountered, but nothing to spoil our experience. Be aware, there are MANY steps around the house…may be difficult for some disabled individuals. Overall, however, I would certainly recommend this property, it is beautiful.”
